Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering on virtualrechargehub.in or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our platform.
Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website virtualrechargehub.in and all services offered by Virtual Recharge Hub Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a B2B digital financial services and multi-recharge platform registered under Indian law.

By accessing our website, submitting a registration form, loading your wallet, or using any service on our platform, you ("User", "Retailer", "Distributor", "Partner") confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Section 02

Services Offered

Virtual Recharge Hub provides the following digital services through its B2B2C platform:

  • Mobile Prepaid & Postpaid Recharge (All operators)
  • DTH Recharge (All operators)
  • Electricity Bill Payment & Utility Bill Services
  • Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) services
  • Domestic Money Remittance (DMR/Money Transfer)
  • Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) — Cash Withdrawal, Deposit, Balance Enquiry
  • FASTag Recharge
  • QR-based Payments & Payout Services
  • Recharge API for developers and resellers
  • White Label Software Solutions
  • Admin & Reseller Software Panels

Services are subject to operator availability, regulatory compliance, and system maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times but endeavour to maintain 99.9% uptime.

Section 03

Registration & KYC

To access our platform, users must complete the registration process and submit valid KYC (Know Your Customer) documents as required under Indian law, including:

  • Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence)
  • Address proof and business verification documents (where applicable)
  • Bank account details for settlement and payout

You warrant that all registration information is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Virtual Recharge Hub reserves the right to reject or suspend any account for incomplete or fraudulent KYC.

⚠️ Account Security: Never share your login ID, password, or OTP with anyone, including Virtual Recharge Hub representatives. We will never ask for your password.
Section 04

Wallet & Payments

Our platform operates on a prepaid wallet system. Users must maintain a positive wallet balance to access services. Wallet recharge/loading is subject to the following:

  • Wallet can be loaded via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or UPI to the Company's designated bank account;
  • Wallet credits are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours on business days after fund receipt is confirmed;
  • Minimum wallet load amounts may apply and are displayed on the platform;
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable between accounts except as permitted by the platform;
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or payment gateways.

All wallet transactions are logged and available for review in your dashboard. GST and applicable taxes will be deducted as per government regulations.

Section 05

Commission Policy

Commissions are credited to your wallet in real time upon successful transaction completion. Commission rates are set by the Company and may vary by service category, operator, and your membership tier (Retailer / Distributor / Master Distributor).

  • Commission rates are subject to change without prior notice based on operator pricing;
  • Failed or reversed transactions will not attract commissions;
  • Overriding commissions for distributors are calculated on the transactions of retailers registered under them;
  • Commission disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.
Current commission structures are published on the platform dashboard. The Company reserves the right to revise commission rates at any time without liability.
Section 06

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Failed Recharge: Amount debited for a failed transaction is automatically reversed to your wallet within 2–24 hours;
  • Duplicate Transaction: Report via support within 24 hours; verified duplicates are reversed within 3 working days;
  • Wrong Number/Account: Recharges successfully processed to a wrong number or account provided by the user are non-refundable;
  • Wallet Load Refunds: Unused wallet balance refunds may be requested by account closure, subject to a processing fee and verification;
  • White Label / Software Fees: Once setup is initiated, software and onboarding fees are non-refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted to support@virtualrechargehub.in with transaction ID and relevant details. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

Section 07

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using the platform for money laundering, hawala transactions, or any illegal financial activity;
  • Creating multiple accounts to manipulate commissions or exploit platform loopholes;
  • Reverse-engineering, hacking, or attempting to breach the platform's security;
  • Sharing API credentials or login access with unauthorised third parties;
  • Processing transactions for self-benefit using cashback or commission manipulation;
  • Using the platform for any activity prohibited under Indian law, including the IT Act 2000, PMLA, and RBI regulations.
⚠️ Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance, and may lead to legal action under applicable Indian law.
Section 08

Disclaimer

Virtual Recharge Hub is a technology platform that facilitates digital transactions between users and service operators (telecom companies, utility providers, banks, etc.). We do not own, control, or warrant the services of these underlying operators.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or failures caused by the operator's system or network;
  • Incorrect information provided by the operator to the end customer;
  • Force majeure events including server outages, natural disasters, or regulatory changes;
  • Loss of business, profits, or data arising from service interruption.
Section 09

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Virtual Recharge Hub's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount loaded in your wallet at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim, or ₹10,000 — whichever is lower.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Section 10

Termination

Virtual Recharge Hub may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice for:

  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transaction patterns;
  • Non-compliance with KYC or regulatory requirements;
  • Inactive account for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may request account closure by contacting support@virtualrechargehub.in. Upon closure, unused wallet balance (net of applicable fees) will be refunded within 30 days after verification.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on virtualrechargehub.in, including logos, software, design, and text, is the intellectual property of Virtual Recharge Hub Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under Indian copyright law. White Label partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform under their own branding as per their agreement.

Section 12

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for 30 days before initiating legal proceedings.
